You’re always welcome to drop in and collect your items.

If you are self-collecting (or self-delivering) please check our saleroom opening hours before you visit. No appointment is necessary however if you have multiple items (or limited time) then advance warning is appreciated.

Unless we have agreed otherwise your item will not be pre-packed so that you can check its condition. We have a well-stocked self-packing area (including newsprint, tissue paper, bubble wrap, paper tape & string). We recycle packing materials so we may also have a supply of boxes and bags however if these are important to you please bring your own.

If you have a vehicle we have designated parking spaces and level access at the rear of the saleroom. If you are collecting heavy items please ensure that you have adequate manpower. We do not have full time porters and whilst we will always endeavour to assist, it may not be possible every time.

Our in-house shipping department will help to get your items safely delivered, on time and on budget.

If you request shipping we will contact you to discuss your specific requirements. As we sell a wide variety of items, and packaging and transportation requirements vary from item-to-item and country-to-country, we always generate bespoke quotes for your consideration.

We always identify the most cost effective way to safely pack and ship your items. All quotes include appropriate packaging materials and all delivery costs. If Hotlotz arranges local shipping on your behalf it includes $20,000 SGD of insurance cover as standard. Additional local cover and insurance cover for international shipping can be arranged on request. 

We have excellent relationships with all the major international logistics companies and the specialist art handling services based in Singapore. Secure storage and specialist crating for any item can be arranged on request.

Examples of local shipping fees:

• 120cm x 120cm painting, packed and sent to a Serangoon address by van = $42 SGD
• Four handbags, packed and sent to a Tanglin address by car = $29 SGD
• A dining table with six chairs, a 200cm x 100cm mirror and a table lamp, packed and sent to a Woodlands address by van = $110 SGD

Examples of international shipping fees:

• Five bronze mirrors and four antique ceramic bowls; packed and sent by air freight to an address in Belgium, fully insured = $800 SGD
• One brush pot and two ceramic vases; packed and sent by air freight to an address in Switzerland, fully insured = $410 SGD
• Small item of furniture; packed and sent by air freight to an address in China, no insurance = $140 SGD

We are happy to liaise with your own shipper or courier.

If you prefer to send your own shipper or courier please note our saleroom opening hours and send us a confirmation email including the name and contact telephone number of your provider and the collection date and estimated pick up time. We will ensure that your items are ready for collection.

Unless we have agreed otherwise your items will not be pre-packed so that you can check their condition. Your shipper or courier is welcome to use materials in our self-packing area. If you have fragile items and you would like us to safely pack these for you we are happy to do this for a small fee. We can provide additional condition reports and supporting photography taken during the packing process if requested.

If your shipper is collecting heavy items please ensure that they arrive with adequate manpower.
